Robert Parekh
Operations
Robert brings over 25 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry to the team, including more than 14 years as a Restaurant General Manager. His extensive background encompasses the opening of restaurants for a diverse range of companies, from small independent concepts to large multinational corporations. With a proven track record of managing high-profile, high-volume concepts, Robert's expertise will drive revenue while also ensuring to maintain profitability.
Sean Stangle
Beverage
Sean has acquired over 20 years of bar and restaurant experience having created and implemented beverage programs for some of Las Vegas' most prestigious restauranteurs. His extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine has enabled him to design innovative beverage programs for renowned establishments on the Las Vegas Strip.
Eric Long
Entertainment
Eric has gathered over 30 years of hospitality experience including having owned a successful bar and nightclub. His extensive background in various roles within the bar and restaurant industry guides his unique perspective. Eric's experience in special event production, marketing, setup and design, positions him as a key player in our success.
Alexandra Parekh
Guest Service
Alexandra has earned over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and has developed guest service programs for some of Las Vegas' most esteemed restaurants. Her expertise in staff training and customer service have been instrumental in shaping the guest experience at some of the city’s best restaurants.
